Two of them are proper dog forests where I may run off the leash the whole way: Åsedam on Bornholm and Hundenes FRISTED. At 21 of the places there's a fenced off-leash area, and at 3 the description says where the dog forest lies in relation to the place.

The rest are Denmark's great outdoors: Thy, Mols Bjerge and Skjoldungernes Land national parks, Lille Vildmose, Rebild Bakker, Grenen and Råbjerg Mile, Stevns Klint and Møns Klint, Skjern Enge and Jægersborg Dyrehave. At 36 of them I have to be on a leash – that's the general rule in Danish nature. In return, every Danish beach is off-leash from 1 October to 31 March, as long as I come when called and bother nobody. We only list the dog forests worth an outing; the complete register is the Nature Agency's job.
