"I was allowed to come along everywhere! Even up the big shooting tower (though I was carried the whole way, because the stairs are quite steep and slippery)."

Most of what's here is about staying well: 10 of the places are somewhere to stay with a dog – campsites at Vikær, Sandersvig, Drejby and Daler, inns near the border and Alsik Hotel & Spa in Sønderborg. At 4 of them there is an off-leash area on the grounds.

When we head out, there's Universe Science Park, the Geographical Garden in Kolding, Dybbøl Banke and the Frøslev Camp – and at Kollund Naturunivers there are two fenced dog woods, one for big dogs and one for small ones. 5 dog-friendly places to eat will have me along the way. At 12 of the places I have to be on a leash. Do remember that rules can change – give the place a ring if we're driving a long way.
